“How lucky we are to have met Rachael! Our dog absolutely adores her. She is mindful of her IBD, and ensures she’s fed nothing other than her special food. She’s mindful of her apprehension around dogs and matches her with other similar dogs. Her van is fully kitted out, and I know our dog is safe with her. I am also so appreciative of her pup-dates on how our dog is with cute pics! She also comes back completely clean, even on a rainy day. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Rachael looked after our two dogs and they clearly LOVED their time with her! From the second they arrived they looked so at home and I felt very secure leaving them with her. When I collected them I arrived to two very content pooches who had clearly had a good day, being walked and cuddled (the pictures we received throughout the day proved it). Rachael was recommended from nextdoor, we needed last minute care for our puppy while we went on holiday as our plans fell through. We spoke to Rachael on the phone and immediately got a good feeling, we had only 2 weeks before we left and Rachael could not have been more accommodating and came over to meet us all within 2 days.
After meeting Rachael we knew she was the one we wanted to look after our boy, her approach with our puppy was spot on as he is a bit of a handful but Rachael had him calm within seconds. We had a few test runs over the 2 weeks and then left for our holiday.
Rachael sent us pictures and videos while we were away and with the help of her family gave Zuko the best care we could of ever hoped for. Zuko was so well looked after, we just cannot recommend Rachael’s Rovers enough. What a fantastic and loving service they provide, giving you absoloute peace of mind while you are away from your doggy.
